This is our house jerky. The one we worked on, tweaked, argued over, and perfected. And the one we are most proud to put our name on.

X Beef Jerky is made from tender brisket, carefully sliced and marinated so it stays rich, flavorful, and satisfying before the heat ever shows up. From there, we built the recipe layer by layer, not to shock you, but to balance real spice with real flavor.

We spent a long time dialing this in. The goal was never “how hot can we make it.” The goal was a jerky that spice lovers could actually enjoy from the first bite to the last.

The heat comes from a carefully balanced pepper blend:
• Ghost Pepper
• Scorpion Pepper

• Pepper X
